Guarantee
All of our jewellery carries a full money back guarantee. Any item you order from us can be returned within seven days for a full refund or exchange, excluding the cost of original postage and packaging.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced if it is in stock at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of breakages within three days of receiving the order.

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, but not misuse.

To maintain the condition of your jewellery remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work. It is highly recommended to store the jewellery in the box it came in, this will protect it and keep it in good condition.

Placing Your Orders
Orders can be placed online.

Payment
We accept most credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed securely online by Paypal. If you do not already have a paypal account you can easily do this by following the Paypal option.

Deliveries
We hold most items in stock and we will endeavour to despatch your order within 3 to 5 working days. For security of delivery all our items are sent by recorded/special delivery. P&P are added at the ordering stage.

Product Specification / Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to describe sizes, colours and composition of products as accurately as possible, we do accept that some colours and images may vary slightly according to the terminal they are viewed on.

Should there be an error in the price or description we reserve the right to supply goods at the correct price, any changes will be amended via email prior to the order being processed.

Returns
We offer a 7 day 'no hassle guarantee'.  The 7 day period begins from the date of delivery.  Goods returned after this 7 day period will not be considered for a refund. 

If you do not like the product you must take the following steps to return your goods. 

For your own security, we strongly recommend that you return the item/items via recorded delivery or special delivery if the item is over £30. Please ensure that you include your name, address, order invoice slip with the item. The invoice slip will be sent out with your order with a returns section.

Please return unworn and in original packaging. If items have been worn or damaged Admiire reserves the right to not accept/refund items.

Admiire's decision regarding condition is final.

If these terms and conditions have been met, upon receipt of your goods we will refund or exchange the item/items returned. The postage/packing cost is not reimbursed on returned items.

For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges are available on pierced earrings. We cannot accept the exchange or refund of necklace / pierced earring sets for the same health and safety reasons.

Contract of Sale
Terms and Conditions can only be altered by Admiire.
